Friday show hours: 1:00 pm to 5:30 pm
Saturday show hours: 9:30 am to 3:30 pm (vendors must be packed up and out by 4:30)

* This is a fundraiser for a mission trip to Tanzania. No refunds will be provided. Please make checks out to Cornerstone Community Church and put Tanzania in the memo line. Information on using your credit card to register is on the registration form below.
* Not juried; however, please have at least 90% handmade items only in your booth.
* Booths will be reserved for $75 for a 10’ X 8’ or 8’ X 10’ space for two days. A chair will mark your space. Tables and electricity will not be provided. NO Canopies are allowed inside the building. (We have two 6’ X 11’ spaces - these will be assigned last)
* Vendors are responsible for City and State taxes on products sold.
* Set up will be on Friday, July 21st, 9:00 am - 12:45 pm - Booths must be ready to go by 1:00 pm. If vendors cannot be there on Friday but can be there on Saturday, they will still be charged the full price. (Please let us know if you are unable to be there Friday so we can hold the space for you).
*Building will open to vendors at 8:30 am Saturday.
* Vendors park in the North lot (behind the church - entrance off of 10th Ave.) so patrons can use the front door (14th Street parking). Check in with us so we can direct you to your space(s)
* Please remember to bring your lunch as there are few options close by the church. You can have something delivered if you choose.
* While we will be advertising this show, it is appreciated and beneficial if you also list it on your social media.
* This is our first show, so we appreciate your patience and positive suggestions. We hope this is a profitable show for everyone.

We are required to submit a list of vendor names, addresses, and special event sales tax license numbers to the Colorado Department of Revenue for our show. If you do not have a license already, please be sure to email us the number at denise.red.blevins@gmail.com once you’ve received it. You can obtain the application at www.colorado.gov/tax. It may take up to 4-6 weeks to get your license. If you have any questions, please call the state at 303-866-5643 or 303-238-7378. We look forward to working with you.
